tools/emacs: enhance tab-bar name 🍊
If we are in a project (`projectile-project-name' is bounded), then use that to define the project name, otherwise use `tab-bar-tab-name-current-with-count'). Signed-off-by: Vincent Demeester <vincent@sbr.pm>
