fix(pi): updated Copilot Claude 5.5 modes
Updated the standard and heavyweight Copilot presets to use the newly available Claude 5.5 models, preserving their existing workload tiers and thinking levels. Signed-off-by: Vincent Demeester <vincent@sbr.pm>
