feat(tools): add enhanced package testing infrastructure
Create comprehensive testing scripts to validate all custom packages meet nixpkgs best practices and function correctly. Testing coverage: - Package builds successfully - Metadata is complete (description, license, platforms, mainProgram) - Binaries support --version/--help (with timeout protection) - Dependencies are reasonable - Packages work in clean shell environment Results: 15/16 packages pass all tests - All Go packages: โœ“ - Shell utilities: โœ“ - Other packages: โœ“ - Scripts package skipped (interactive binaries) Part of Phase 5 Task 4: Enhanced Testing ๐Ÿค– Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
