tools/emacs: update mu4e mail command configuration
Updated the ~mu4e-get-mail-command~ to use ~mbsync --all~ for fetching mail across all contexts. Commented out individual ~mu4e-get-mail-command~ settings for specific contexts (icloud, gmail, redhat) to streamline the configuration.
