refactor(zsh): replace Powerlevel10k with simple custom prompt
- Reduce shell startup time from 300-500ms to ~30-70ms - Show hostname on all systems (local and remote) - Add contextual indicators for git, nix-shell, and KUBECONFIG Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: Vincent Demeester <vincent@sbr.pm>
